Job Summary
The Customer Service Representative position is responsible for providing exceptional service to clients in a professional manner. The objective is to handle incoming calls with the goal of resolving issues on the first call. The representative will facilitate and resolve discrepancies and/or client complaints to ensure consistent client satisfaction. Additionally, they will be responsible for auditing company service programs to ensure compliance with 100% follow-up through client callbacks.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate active, personal, daily involvement, visibility, open-mindedness, and professionalism to internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain required departmental records, reports, and files in accordance with established policies and procedures while obtaining processes and distributing reports in a timely manner.
- Process electronic or telephone orders/requests.
- Prepare and process work orders for service calls.
- Process refunds.
- Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with others.
- Detail-oriented, ability to multi-task, with strong organizational skills are required.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of work experience preferred.
- High School Diploma required. Associates Degree preferred.
- MS Office Experience with proficiency in Excel required.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and administrative skills required.
