Riverside, California, United States AIRO Full time

JOB DESCRIPTION

HEAD OF ORGANIZATIONAL OPERATIONS

Organizational Overview

Since its inception, AIRO has dedicated itself to removing obstacles to promote the gospel of Jesus among unreached populations. The mission of AIRO is clear: "Remove barriers to advance the gospel to those who have yet to hear it."

AIRO operates two main initiatives: The Go Fund, which alleviates the burden of student debt for aspiring missionaries, and The Missions Course, which seeks to cultivate a mission-oriented mindset among American churchgoers. To date, The Go Fund has supported 143 families in repaying over $1.7 million in student loans, while The Missions Course has engaged 42 local churches, impacting 1,600 individuals.

Despite our efforts, nearly 3 billion people worldwide still lack access to the gospel.

We believe that one day, God will conclude the need for missions. Until that time, our work continues.
