We are seeking a skilled Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance, construction, and operations of our Riverside facilities. Key Responsibilities
- Manage HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and safety maintenance and operations.
- Delegate tasks to the maintenance team, ensuring work meets quality and budget standards.
- Schedule and manage routine inspections, maintenance, and emergency repairs.
- Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across all facilities.
- Prepare reports on maintenance, repairs, and safety for management.
- Collaborate with upper management on facility budgeting and planning.
- Train staff on maintenance best practices and regulatory compliance.
- Ensure all projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in facility management or HVAC operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
