Core Responsibilities:

  • Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Oversee the vehicle preparation and sales process, collaborating with lane managers, department heads, and sales teams to ensure timely auction readiness.
  • Serve as the primary communication link for customers, addressing their needs and resolving service-related issues.
  • Educate dealers on the full range of products and services offered by Manheim.
  • Investigate and resolve customer inquiries and challenges effectively.
  • Act as a liaison among customers, sales teams, and operational staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Conduct vehicle assessments with account representatives and recommend enhancements to increase vehicle value.
  • Review the sales lineup, track down missing vehicles, and coordinate with customers to ensure all vehicles are prepared for auction.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with vehicle check-in and lot operations to guarantee all necessary processing is completed.
  • Follow up as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with lot operations to ensure proper scanning and organization of vehicles.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance team environment.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including Internet and MS Office.
  • Adaptable to a dynamic work environment.
  • Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  • Capacity to sit or stand for extended periods.
  • Manual dexterity and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
