The Returns Processor plays a crucial role in the management of product returns and warranty claims. This position involves meticulous handling of returned merchandise, ensuring accurate data entry, and providing exceptional customer service to facilitate a seamless returns process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough inspections of returned items to assess their condition.
  • Maintain accurate records of returns and warranty claims in the database.
  • Perform data entry tasks with a strong emphasis on accuracy using software such as Word and Excel.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and vendors to resolve issues professionally.
  • Support front office operations and assist the orders department as needed.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills while managing multiple priorities.
  • Handle challenging customer interactions with diplomacy and tact.
  • Lift and move products weighing up to 50 pounds as required.
  • Adapt to shifting priorities while maintaining a sense of urgency and professionalism.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a returns or customer service role.
  • Proficient in data entry and documentation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: $18.00 per hour
Benefits: Paid holidays after 90 days, sick time, and vacation time after the first and second year.
