Regional Sales Director

The Rotobec U. S. A., Inc. is seeking a talented Regional Sales Director to join our team in the USA Midlantic Territory. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building strong partnerships with existing and future customers.
In this role, you will represent Rotobec with its current and potential customers by maintaining and developing relationships with them. You will support our dealers and customers in their business activities by recommending the appropriate product for their needs and assist our dealers with closing sales. Additionally, you will evaluate the sales potential for our different markets and produce sales forecasts. You will analyze the market and propose strategies to grow sales and meet the company's expectations. You will also enter all relevant information about our customers, the market, or important events in the company's CRM.
This is a challenging role that requires experience in business-to-business sales, dealing with heavy equipment, autonomy, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate must be able to travel to Canada for occasional training or other special events at the company's headquarters. A suitable home office to work and follow up with customers while not traveling is required. Compensation includes a competitive salary, fixed salary plus commission, health insurance plan (employee only), vision and dental insurance available, life and disability insurance, paid vacation and holidays.
