About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to lead our team in the Colorado territory. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with customers, and developing strategic plans to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine annual sales targets by analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
  • Establish sales strategies by forecasting sales volume, product mix, and pricing, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Maintain sales performance by monitoring progress, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure excellent results.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, preferences, and pain points to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns, product development, and customer service initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development of sales programs, processes, and policies, ensuring they are aligned with company objectives and industry best practices.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-4 years of sales management experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets, growing revenue, and expanding market share.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $80,000-$135,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include:

  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage after 60 days of employment.
  • Paid sick time and vacation after 90 days of employment.
  • Eligibility for our 401(k) plan after 90 days of employment.
  • 7 paid holidays per year.
