About the Role

The Territory Sales Manager will play a crucial part in building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and future customers in the USA Midlantic Territory. This includes KY, OH, VA, WV, and IN. Key responsibilities include:

  • Representing Rotobec at customer sites, fostering partnerships, and driving sales growth.
  • SUPPORTING dealers and customers through product recommendations, sales support, and market analysis.
  • Evaluating market potential, creating sales forecasts, and developing strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Maintaining accurate customer information in CRM systems.
  • Traveling 25-30 weeks per year to cover the salesman AOR.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • Business-to-business sales experience.
  • Knowledge of heavy equipment sales.
  • A high level of autonomy and organization.
  • Proficiency in computer skills (Salesforce, Excel, PMP).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to travel to Canada occasionally for training or special events.
  • A suitable home office for remote work and follow-ups.
Compensation Package

This role offers a competitive salary, commensurate with educational background, skills, and experience. Benefits include health insurance (employee only), vision, dental, life, and disability insurance, as well as paid vacation and holidays. Estimated annual salary: $85,000 - $110,000.
