Job Description

We are seeking a talented and dynamic sales professional to join our team as a Business Development Sales Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for cultivating new business relationships with Fortune 1000 companies and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with Fortune 1000 companies as sales prospects
  • Showcasing suitable solutions and opportunities
  • Sales appointment setting through cold calling, networking or other means of booking meetings
  • Conducting calls to introduce and pitch Fortune digital assets as solutions
  • Tracking all activity, notes and follow-up activities in our CRM system
  • Moving prospects forward through the sales process to close and renewal
  • Acting as the primary contact for Fortune to communicate relevant and important information to assigned Fortune 1000 companies/clients
  • Coordinating with marketing, account management and activation teams to sell and deliver on campaigns
  • Maintaining a full activity calendar of prospective business and creating a robust pipeline to hit sales goals

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, the ability to overcome objections in real-time, and at least 2-3 years of experience in a sales role where cold calling was a primary task. You should also be proficient in Microsoft Office suite, social networking platforms, and CRM tools. Additionally, you should have experience developing new business relationships in a sales role, a strong understanding of lead generation, and the ability to connect with viable prospects.

The estimated salary for this position is $125,000 - $150,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including 22 vacation days, 11 paid holidays, and an honor-based sick leave policy.
