Solar Business Development Role

Venture Solar is a pioneering company in the solar energy sector, seeking highly motivated sales professionals to join our team as Business Development Representatives.

Requirements:
  • Sales experience - Required
  • Outside sales (In home sales) - preferred
  • Solar experience – welcomed

Benefits and Compensation:
We offer a comprehensive compensation package, including a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission, estimated at $120,000 to $280,000 in annual earnings. Additionally, we provide a range of benefits, including 401k match, health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, and paid time off.
