Position Overview
An organization is in search of a Confidential Systems Engineer specializing in Mission Modeling & Simulation for a contract-to-hire role.

This professional will undertake various responsibilities, including:
- Evaluating weapon systems utilizing analytical tools like AFSIM to enhance and modernize these systems.
- Identifying attributes and strategies to bolster survivability against foreign threats.

The analyses conducted will assist the Department of Defense in making well-informed decisions regarding future combat scenarios.

Applicants must possess an active Secret Clearance and be available to work on-site five days a week.

Essential Qualifications
- Active SECRET Security Clearance (DoD)
- Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Modeling & Simulation
- Proficiency with AFSIM
- Experience in scripting and/or programming with C++, Python, or MATLAB

Preferred Qualifications
- TS/SCI Clearance
- Master’s Degree
- Familiarity with Linux environments
