About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled professional with at least 2 years of recent experience in sales to join our team. As a Senior Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for expanding sales value and volume with current customers and acquiring new customers within your designated territory. You will also travel extensively to meet with existing clients and prospect clients, leveraging your excellent communication skills to build strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction
- Travel regularly to meet with clients and prospects, effectively communicating the value proposition of our products or services
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and performance metrics using a CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with business objectives and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs)
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of recent experience in a sales role, with a proven track record of new business development
- Experience with outside sales, traveling to existing clients and meeting with prospect clients to grow the business
- Proficiency with a CRM system and ability to maintain accurate records
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues
- Familiarity with sales analytics and performance metrics, with a focus on driving revenue growth and improving customer satisfaction
