Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Business Development Representative to join our team at Virtual IT, a leading provider of comprehensive IT and Cloud managed services. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through lead generation, qualification, and conversion.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and qualify leads through various marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and direct mail
  • Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails to schedule discovery meetings with our sales team
  • Develop and execute a referral program to drive new business opportunities
  • Present our company's value proposition to potential clients and demonstrate our expertise in IT and Cloud services
  • Work closely with our sales team to ensure seamless handoffs and maximize conversion rates
Requirements
  • Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative or similar role
  • Strong understanding of the IT and Cloud industry, including technical concepts and terminology
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet or exceed sales targets
