Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Head of People to lead our people operations function and help drive business growth through talent acquisition and retention. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of HR experience, including recruiting, talent development, and performance management. As a trusted advisor to our executive team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies, creating comprehensive onboarding programs, and designing scalable HR processes.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of $180,000 - $250,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as stock options and benefits.
