Job Description

This role involves managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to offer management, for specialist functions and various regions. Your focus will be on identifying, engaging, and hiring top-tier talent in the market, ensuring Nivoda remains a dynamic workplace.

You will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong pipeline of candidates for key roles, utilizing Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other tools to track and manage candidate flow, ensuring data accuracy. This position requires leveraging recruitment metrics and analytics to continuously improve the hiring process, tracking and reporting on key recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, quality of hire, and candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment:
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles, from job posting to offer stage.
    • Develop strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver exceptional talent.
    • SOURCE and engage active and passive candidates using creative, multi-channel sourcing methods.
    • Conduct initial screening interviews, assessing candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and interest in Nivoda.
  • Candidate Experience:
    • Evaluate and ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process, from first contact to offer.
    • Act as the candidate's main point of contact, providing timely updates and ensuring transparency throughout the process.
  • Employer Branding:
    • Contribute to building Nivoda's employer brand by engaging in recruitment marketing initiatives that attract top talent.
    • Work closely with the marketing team to develop campaigns and content highlighting our unique company culture, values, and growth story.
  • Talent Pipeline Management:
    • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates for key roles, ensuring we have the necessary talent to support ongoing growth.
    • Utilize ATS and other tools to track and manage candidate flow, ensuring accurate data.
  • Data-Driven Recruitment:
    • Leverage recruitment metrics and analytics to continually enhance the hiring process.
    • Track and report on key recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, quality of hire, and candidate experience.
Requirements

We are seeking an experienced talent acquisition specialist who possesses a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, along with 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or agency recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. A proven track record of managing full-cycle recruitment for various roles and departments is essential, as well as strong experience with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other creative sourcing methods.

Apart from these core requirements, a background in recruiting for a fast-growing scale-up from Series C-IPO would be beneficial, along with familiarity with global recruitment across various functions. Additionally, strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-growth, fast-paced environment are highly desirable.
