Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Clinton Housing Development Company seeks an experienced Human Resources professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and benefits administration.
Responsibilities- Recruit, hire, and onboard top talent, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to promote a positive work environment.
- Analyze and improve HR processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to employee inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of direct Human Resources experience, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
Estimated salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
