This role offers an exciting opportunity to join Michael Page as a Talent Acquisition Partner, focusing on full cycle recruiting for US, Canada & Bermuda. You will also partner with the global TA team on strategic initiatives and report directly into the Head of HR (Americas).

Our client is a global insurance company that has almost doubled in size over the last 2 years.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit top talent for various roles in US, Canada & Bermuda
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and hiring managers
  • Develop interview processes and best practices with hiring managers
  • Liaise with recruitment agencies to manage all hiring needs
  • Source candidates through job boards and maintain an active pipeline
  • Coordinate with HR team on onboarding processes
  • Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Contribute to global initiatives for the TA team

We are seeking a skilled recruitment professional with:

  • Bachelor Degree
  • 5-7 years of recruitment experience
  • Experience in insurance, reinsurance or financial services
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
