Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Guest Services Supervisor to join our team at Drury Hotels. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for supervising the front desk and guest service positions, ensuring that our high standards of customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train front desk and guest service team members to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt and efficient service, resolving guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of marketing and sales programs to drive revenue growth and increase guest loyalty.
  • Perform duties of guest service agent, night audit, or other positions as needed to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experience.
  • Contribute to maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and open communication among team members.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively train and motivate team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities with ease.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
