Position Overview

As a key member of our team, you will oversee the front office operations at our franchise hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and effective team management.

Guest Relations

Lead your front desk team in delivering outstanding service, ensuring guests are warmly welcomed and attended to. Address guest concerns promptly, gather feedback, and foster relationships to enhance overall satisfaction.

Conduct regular evaluations of the front office and communal areas, implementing immediate improvements as necessary.

Team Leadership

Manage daily staffing requirements, delegate tasks, and set performance objectives for your team. Provide ongoing coaching and constructive feedback to enhance team effectiveness.

Train staff on compliance with all relevant laws and safety protocols, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and resources to perform their roles efficiently.

Financial Oversight

Assist in the development of the annual departmental budget and financial strategies. Monitor expenditures and labor costs, focusing on maximizing revenue through effective rate management and inventory control.

Supervise the night audit process and the preparation of daily financial summaries.

Compliance and Safety

Ensure adherence to billing protocols and guest credit policies, safeguarding all financial transactions. Train team members on emergency communication procedures and maintain strong relationships with local emergency services.

Perform additional responsibilities as required, potentially serving as the manager on duty.

Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Hotel Management or Business Administration, along with a minimum of three years of experience in Front Office or Guest Services, including supervisory roles.

Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
