Director of Enterprise Sales North

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Enterprise Sales North to join our team at Bluebird Network. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in the North region.
Key Responsibilities- Hire, train, and coach a sales team across the Bluebird North region
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet goals and objectives
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, network providers, and partners
- Manage the performance and activities of the Enterprise Sales team
- Conduct analysis to manage performance levels of sales against market developments and company objectives
- Prepare and present status reports, including activity, closings, and follow-ups
- Negotiate terms of service agreements and close sales that meet or exceed Bluebird's defined sales objectives
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent sales leader experience
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales capacity in the telecommunications industry
- Experience working with Sales Management System (CRM)
- Leadership ability, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to travel as needed
