Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the sales function of our masonry product line and related accessories. This will include:
- Maintaining effective relationships with current customers to increase sales
- Identifying and prospecting for new customers
- Developing relationships with architects to obtain project specifications
- Analyzing market trends and developing action plans
- Creating sales reports and activity summaries for meetings
- Collaborating with production for efficient planning
- Utilizing a customer relationship management platform to track and quote projects
- Preparing sales contracts and communicating order information with internal teams
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum five years of experience managing a multi-million-dollar territory
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to travel and hold a valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications
The following qualifications are desirable:
- Experience in the building materials industry
- Familiarity with customer relationship management platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
