Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the sales function of our masonry product line and related accessories. This will include:

  • Maintaining effective relationships with current customers to increase sales
  • Identifying and prospecting for new customers
  • Developing relationships with architects to obtain project specifications
  • Analyzing market trends and developing action plans
  • Creating sales reports and activity summaries for meetings
  • Collaborating with production for efficient planning
  • Utilizing a customer relationship management platform to track and quote projects
  • Preparing sales contracts and communicating order information with internal teams

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum five years of experience managing a multi-million-dollar territory
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to travel and hold a valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

The following qualifications are desirable:

  • Experience in the building materials industry
