Sales Director

Total Supply Corp is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth within the building materials industry, providing added value to our customers, and executing price strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Strategically leverage customer relationships to execute annual sales plans and help customers achieve success.
- Drive growth within the building materials industry and provide added value to customers.
- Execute price strategy and provide customer insights.
- Grow with existing customers while developing new customer opportunities.
- Utilize market knowledge to win.
- Prior experience selling on the value of a product or service to meet customer needs, from cold call through close.
- 5-8 years of demonstrated ability to deliver results in previous sales role.
- Listening skills to understand, diagnose, and solve customer problems.
- Ability to build strong customer relationships.
- Ability to make persuasive product presentations.
- Conducts self with highest ethical and moral standards.
- Ability to operate across geographic and cultural boundaries.
- Ability to interact with representatives from suppliers and OC customers.
- Ability to work as a team.
- Ability to travel up to 20% overseas.
- Ability to speak and write an international language other than English will be a great asset.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business development, or related field.
- Proficiency within Microsoft Office Suite.
