Masonry Sales Representative

Coastal, a leading building materials company, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue in the masonry product line and related accessories.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain effective relationships with current customers to increase sales and revenue.
- Identify and prospect for new customers to expand our customer base.
- Respond promptly to customer needs and inquiries, providing world-class customer service.
- Identify and prospect for projects that utilize masonry products.
- Develop and maintain relationships with architects to obtain project specifications and drive future sales.
- Work closely with customers and contractors to develop sales strategies and capitalize on market trends.
- Analyze market trends and develop action plans to drive sales growth.
- Prepare sales reports and prospecting activity reports for monthly meetings.
- Compile and analyze sales data to inform production planning and scheduling.
- Quote prices, credit terms, and prepare sales contracts for orders obtained.
- Communicate effectively with customer service and production teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience, training, and education.
- Five+ years of related experience managing a multi-million-dollar territory.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- High sense of urgency and entrepreneurial qualities.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to travel overnight as needed.
- Must live within the territory boundaries.
- Experience within the building materials industry.
- Ability to navigate a Customer Relationship Management platform.
- Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint experience.
