Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our Mid-Atlantic Region sales team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and profitability.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a strong understanding of the sales process and a ability to motivate and coach a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to sales team members
Requirements
  • 10+ years of sales leadership experience
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership
  • Strong understanding of the sales process
  • Ability to motivate and coach a high-performing team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
