About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Specialist to join our team in the US West Coast territory.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge lab instruments and technologies that can make a significant impact in modern drug discovery and research.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and drive commercial success of our entire Biopharma product portfolio, including single-cell dispensers, microbioreactors, and centrifugal plate washers.
  • Identify opportunities, generate leads, and arrange client meetings to promote our products.
  • Conduct compelling demonstrations and presentations to prospects, highlighting the benefits and value of our solutions.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies in collaboration with our product management and field support team.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to ensure customer success.
Requirements
  • University degree in life sciences, biology, or a related field; or business administration with relevant experience in life sciences.
  • Experience as an account manager, regional territory manager, sales specialist, or field application scientist for laboratory equipment in life sciences or a related field.
  • Technical expertise with lab devices or a tech-savvy personality with a hands-on mentality.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • High self-motivation, good planning, and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
