Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Territory Manager to lead our North American sales efforts for Nagi Bioscience's revolutionary SydLabTM One platform.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a pioneering start-up in the high-tech industry, bringing game-changing laboratory equipment to the forefront of biological testing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, establishing strong customer relationships, and fostering trust in our innovative technology.

About the Role
  • **Sales Leadership**: Lead sales efforts across the US and Canada, achieving and exceeding revenue targets through effective territory planning, pipeline management, and strategic sales execution.
  • **Innovation Evangelism**: Position SydLabTM One as a transformative solution for R&D challenges, leveraging your technical expertise to understand customer needs and influence decisions.
  • **Customer Engagement**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their scientific projects and challenges to tailor solutions that drive business results and foster long-term partnerships.
About You
  • **Education**: Master's degree in Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field, or equivalent knowledge and experience.
  • **Sales Experience**: Demonstrable multi-year experience in life sciences sales, with a strong record in capital equipment sales.
  • **Launch Expertise**: Experience introducing new technology to the US market is highly desirable.
  • **Travel Flexibility**: Willingness to travel as needed to build and maintain customer relationships across North America.
