Position Overview:
As the Operations Service Leader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless and efficient delivery of service and support to our customers.
You will lead a team of service technicians and specialists, overseeing all aspects of service operations from initial request to resolution.
Your strategic oversight will be vital in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Service Team Leadership:
- Direct and manage a team of service technicians and specialists, providing guidance, support, and mentoring to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
Service Delivery:
- Coordinate and oversee the scheduling and execution of service requests, ensuring timely response and resolution according to contractual agreements and customer expectations.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated service issues and customer concerns, ensuring prompt resolution and maintaining positive customer relationships.
Technical Support:
- Provide technical expertise and support to service technicians as needed, assisting in complex troubleshooting and problem-solving scenarios.
Process Improvement:
- Continuously assess service delivery processes and procedures, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and service quality.
Training and Development:
