About the Role

Air Systems Inc., a subsidiary of EMCOR Group, Inc., is seeking a skilled Service Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities in the preventative maintenance sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities in our coverage area
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients
  • Meet established revenue and profit goals as defined in our Service Sales Commission Plan
  • Prepare and present client proposals
  • Utilize job site walks to acquire HVAC unit information for qualified opportunities
Requirements
  • Strong presentation, oral, and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Experience with COINS ERP or related ERP systems (a plus)
  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with a strong work ethic
