About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team at Adobe, Inc. As a key member of our sales organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Nurture inbound leads through the early stages of their buyer journey, identifying and qualifying potential opportunities for our Experience Cloud solutions.
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing relationships with CXOs and senior-level executives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual pipeline generating targets.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, or Marketing; or equivalent degree required.
  • Proven track record of consistent over-achievement in past positions, with a strong understanding of basic sales methodologies.
  • Experience owning a quota or performance-based delivery a plus.
  • Technically adept, self-motivated, and driven by results, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, good listener, and good organizational skills.
Compensation and Benefits

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $63,000 -- $100,200 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). Certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
