Business Development Representative Opportunity

Carrier Enterprise is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and engagement
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and outreach
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support marketing promotions and sales programs
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
  • 1+ years of inside sales experience or call center sales or customer service experience
  • CRM experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required
