Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and engagement
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and outreach
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support marketing promotions and sales programs
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
- 1+ years of inside sales experience or call center sales or customer service experience
- CRM experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required
