Position: Project Manager

Overview: In the role of Project Manager at Vital Materials Co., Limited, you will take charge of directing and managing intricate projects within our growing sectors of manufacturing, research, development, and product rollout. This position requires high-level strategic oversight, management, and leadership to guarantee that projects align with organizational objectives and are executed with outstanding precision and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Oversight: Lead and oversee the comprehensive execution of assigned projects, ensuring they are in line with the company’s goals and are completed punctually, within scope, and to the utmost quality standards.
  • Project Development: Formulate detailed project plans that encompass task definition, resource allocation, and milestone setting. Effectively delegate responsibilities to project teams.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage cost analysis and budget formulation. Ensure that projects are carried out within financial limits and make necessary adjustments to rectify any budgetary issues.
  • Risk Assessment: Perform comprehensive risk evaluations, identify potential challenges, and devise mitigation strategies. Communicate significant risks and issues to upper management, offering recommendations for corrective measures or project modifications.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison between the organization, clients, and vendors. Address and resolve any inquiries, concerns, or issues that may arise throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Operational Efficiency: Continuously assess project progress, ensuring compliance with timelines and quality benchmarks. Implement best practices to enhance project results and efficiency.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Undertake other related tasks as necessary to support the organization’s growth and project success.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to influence and negotiate.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, demonstrating the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent time management skills with a history of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to proactively address and resolve complex issues.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
  • Comprehensive understanding of project management principles or a quick aptitude to learn about the specific projects and products being developed.
  • Ability to remain adaptable and effective in a dynamic, high-pressure setting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related project management software.

Experience:

  • A minimum of five years of experience in a senior project management role is required.
  • PMP, CAPM, PgMP, or other relevant project management certifications are highly desirable.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field is required.
