Position: Project Manager

Overview: At Vital Materials Co., Limited, the Project Manager plays a pivotal role in guiding and managing intricate projects across our diverse operations in manufacturing, research, development, and product deployment. This position demands high-level planning, strategic oversight, and leadership to ensure that projects align with corporate objectives and are executed with precision and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Oversight: Lead and coordinate the comprehensive execution of assigned projects, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and timely completion while maintaining the highest quality standards.
  • Project Development: Formulate detailed project plans that encompass task definition, resource allocation, and milestone setting. Effectively delegate responsibilities to project teams.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage budget analysis and preparation, ensuring project execution remains within financial parameters and making necessary adjustments to rectify any budgetary discrepancies.
  • Risk Assessment: Perform in-depth risk evaluations, identify potential challenges, and devise mitigation strategies. Communicate significant risks and issues to senior management, offering recommendations for corrective measures or project modifications.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison between the organization, clients, and vendors. Address and resolve inquiries, concerns, or issues that arise throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Operational Monitoring: Continuously track project progress, ensuring compliance with timelines and quality benchmarks. Implement best practices to enhance project outcomes and operational efficiency.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Undertake other related tasks as necessary to support the organization's growth and project success.

  • Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities, demonstrating the capability to cultivate and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent time management skills with a history of meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to proactively address and resolve complex challenges.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively, fostering a collaborative and productive team atmosphere.
  • Thorough understanding of project management principles or a quick aptitude to learn about specific projects and products being developed.
  • Ability to remain flexible and effective in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant project management software.

Experience:

  • A minimum of five years of experience in a senior project management capacity is required.
  • PMP, CAPM, PgMP, or other relevant project management certifications are highly desirable.

Education:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Materials Science, or a related discipline is required.
