We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team at Springs Window Fashions. As a Field Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving sales revenue and maximizing market share for our leading brands and services.
Key Responsibilities- Drive sales for our Bali, Graber, Signature Series, and other Springs branded products to retail stores and home decor franchises.
- Service a defined territory, typically consisting of 40-60 retail stores with combined annual sales of $1- $4 million.
- Conduct retail in-store business reviews, product training, and build brand affinity/loyalty with retail management and store associates.
- Participate in specialty/selling events and leverage our Shop-at-Home programs to drive sales.
- A competitive base salary plus bonus and top-notch benefits.

- Exposure to other roles and functions within SWF.

- A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is strongly preferred.
- 1-3+ years of experience in retail sales preferred.
