About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our Key Account Management team. As a key member of our Sales department, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of 5+ Key Account Managers to achieve sales targets and improve customer engagement
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase payments volume and drive customer retention
  • Collaborate with Sales Enablement and Sales Operations teams to ensure effective campaign execution and product launches
  • Analyze sales metrics and forecasting to inform business decisions and optimize sales processes
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new sales team members to ensure seamless integration and high performance
Requirements
  • 5+ years of payments sales experience to SMBs and/or sales management or team-lead experience
  • Demonstrated experience in sales management or team-lead experience, with a track record of ambitious career growth and exceeding targets
  • Extensive experience working as a sales consultant/executive/account manager in a high volume, short cycle, B2B environment
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce, Excel spreadsheets, and other data analysis tools
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to articulate strategic ideas and deliver on high-level concepts
