Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for meeting with customers in their homes to provide flooring solutions and generate sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet with customers in their homes to provide flooring solutions and generate sales
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Work with customers to understand their needs and preferences and provide personalized solutions
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
  • Attend sales meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on products and sales techniques
  • Use electronic tablets and measuring devices to present sales presentations
  • Present professionally, including in Empire branded apparel
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
