About the Position

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven professional to lead our US Defense Aftermarket sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share expansion.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive sales growth and loyalty.
  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities with domestic and international partners to increase distribution channels and customer base.
  4. Sustainment of the current HMMWV fleet (parts, training, field service) as well as the JLTV fleet to meet customer needs and expectations.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in aftermarket sales and support, preferably in the defense industry.
  • Strong knowledge of export regulations and processes, including ITAR and Department of State Licensing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop and deliver executive-level presentations.
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, such as Salesforce.
