We are seeking an exceptional Commercial Loan Officer to join our team in South Bend, IN. As a Commercial Loan Officer, you will have the opportunity to develop and manage a portfolio of commercial loans, working closely with clients to understand their financial goals and provide tailored solutions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of commercial loans, ensuring strong client relationships and proactively seeking out new business opportunities
  • Conduct credit analyses and structure deals that meet client needs while mitigating risk
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure effective deal execution and customer satisfaction
  • Stay up to date on market trends, industry changes, and financial regulations

**Requirements:**

  • Lending Experience - Proven background in commercial lending, credit analysis, or business banking
  • Excellent Communication Skills - Ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
  • Strong Analytical Skills - Ability to analyze complex financial data and make informed decisions
  • Self-Motivated - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
