As a Sales Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who share your passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies that meet or exceed community revenue and occupancy goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, and resident services, to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to sales associates, helping them build their skills and advance their careers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred or equivalent combination of experience and education required.
- Valid driver's license.
- Minimum of 2 years relevant and recent sales experience. Senior Living experience preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of technology, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, and electronic documentation.
