Salary and Benefits
Our Account Managers enjoy a base salary plus uncapped commission, with additional bonus potential. In the first year, income potential ranges from $82,000 to $125,000, and consistent six-figure income is possible within three to five years. We also offer a comprehensive benefit package, including medical, dental, vision, and supplemental insurance plans, as well as a 401(k) with company match.
Job Description
As an Account Manager at American Fidelity Sales Careers, you will be responsible for selling worksite insurance products and services to businesses in your defined sales territory. You will build strong relationships with clients and develop customized needs-based employee benefit packages through annual benefit enrollments and group presentations.
Key Responsibilities
* Focus on growing and maintaining existing Business to Business accounts by one-on-one sales of worksite insurance products and services
* Consult with current customers to provide value and meet financial needs
* Build strong relationships with customers and association executives
* Develop customized needs-based employee benefit packages through annual benefit enrollments and group presentations
* Identify new account development opportunities
