As a Customer Relations Specialist at Compass Health Network, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive experience for our patients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting patients and adhering to our customer service philosophy
  • Managing consumer appointments and verifying demographic information
  • Data entry into electronic health records systems
  • Completing financial paperwork and collecting co-pays, when applicable
  • Answering phone calls and directing messages to the appropriate staff
  • Monitoring the waiting area to ensure timely appointments
  • Checking provider schedules and receiving daily reports for upcoming appointments
  • Balancing daily batches and turning in collected funds
  • Dispersing mail and maintaining a clean lobby/waiting area
Additional Responsibilities

In addition to the above responsibilities, you will also be expected to:

  • Attend all required training sessions and maintain confidentiality
  • Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and regulations
  • Conduct yourself in accordance with the employee manual
  • Communicate changes or updates to the Office Supervisor
