This is a Full-time position with benefits. The work schedule is Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities of the Customer Relations Specialist include:

  • Welcoming patients and visitors
  • Managing data entry, processing intake forms, verifying insurance, and collecting co-pays when necessary
  • Responding to phone calls and emails in a courteous manner, directing inquiries to the appropriate staff
  • Handling daily mail distribution
  • Maintaining inventory of office supplies and personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Collaborating with the IT department to ensure all office equipment and printers are functioning correctly
  • Following daily schedules for clients and team members
  • Ensuring the office environment is tidy and organized

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Complying with all HIPAA regulations and guidelines
  • Conducting oneself in accordance with the employee manual
  • Staying informed about updates and changes, and communicating these to the Office Supervisor



Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED preferred
  • A minimum of one year of experience in customer service is required
