The Customer Support Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the Customer Service Representatives, ensuring that both staff and clients receive exceptional support.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Mentor, guide, and evaluate team members within the Domestic Customer Service Department and Reception.

2. Collaborate with HR and the Training Department to create and implement training programs for new hires and ongoing staff development.

3. Enhance team knowledge by engaging in educational initiatives and disseminating information among colleagues.

4. Elevate customer service standards by analyzing and refining processes to optimize departmental efficiency.

5. Address customer inquiries through various communication channels, providing assistance to Customer Service Representatives as needed.

6. Maintain effective communication with customers, sales teams, and distributors.

7. Liaise with the production manager to relay updates regarding order modifications.

8. Manage various projects across teams effectively.

9. Handle customer claims with diligence.

10. Offer product recommendations and technical assistance to clients.

11. Gather customer insights to propose potential products and services to management based on analyzed needs.

Qualifications and Requirements
• Minimum age of 18 years.

• Technical skills are advantageous.

• Previous experience in an engineering or manufacturing setting is preferred.

• Proficient computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office.

• Strong communication abilities with customers, sales representatives, and distributors, while maintaining a positive demeanor.

• Detail-oriented and organized.

• At least 2 years of experience in a comparable position.

Physical Requirements
• Capability to sit at a desk using a computer for extended periods; ability to stand, kneel, walk, and bend as necessary throughout the workday.

• Ability to lift, pull, push, or carry lightweight files or tools (approximately 1-10 pounds) as required.
