Job Summary

The Campus Activity Coordinator is responsible for planning and executing events for the entire student body. This role requires a strong understanding of student interests and the ability to coordinate social, educational, and cultural events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute campus events, including concerts, festivals, and cultural celebrations.
  • Collaborate with the student government association and other campus organizations to develop event ideas and plans.
  • Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audio-visual equipment.
  • Work with vendors and contractors to ensure high-quality event execution.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote events and increase attendance.
  • Manage event budgets and ensure fiscal responsibility.
  • Provide excellent customer service to students, faculty, and staff.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as event management, marketing, or communications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
