- Handle daily mail distribution efficiently.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Collaborate with the IT department to ensure all office equipment is functioning correctly.
- Adhere to daily room schedules for clients and team members.
- Keep the office environment organized and tidy.
Additional Duties:
- Comply with all HIPAA regulations and guidelines.
- Conduct yourself in alignment with the employee handbook.
- Stay informed about updates and communicate changes to the Office Supervisor.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED preferred.
- A minimum of one year of experience in a customer service role is required.
