The Customer Support Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the Customer Service Representatives, ensuring both staff and client satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct training, mentoring, and performance evaluations for team members in the Customer Service Department and Reception.
Design and implement training programs for new hires and ongoing development in collaboration with Human Resources and the Training Department.
Enhance job knowledge by engaging in professional development opportunities and disseminating knowledge among team members.
Elevate customer service standards by analyzing, assessing, and optimizing processes to enhance departmental efficiency.
Address customer inquiries through various communication channels, providing support to Customer Service Representatives as needed to fulfill customer requirements.
Facilitate effective communication with clients, sales personnel, and distributors.
Coordinate with the production manager to relay updates regarding order modifications.
Manage various projects across teams effectively.
Handle customer claims proficiently.
Advise customers on products and services while offering technical assistance.
Identify potential product and service enhancements for management consideration by gathering and analyzing customer insights.

Qualifications and Requirements
Must be at least 18 years old.
Technical skills are advantageous.
Experience in an engineering or manufacturing setting is preferred.
Proficient computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office are essential.
Ability to communicate effectively with clients, sales personnel, and distributors while maintaining a constructive demeanor.
Detail-oriented and organized.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a comparable position.
Physical Requirements
Must be capable of sitting at a desk using a computer for extended periods; standing, kneeling, walking, and bending as necessary throughout the workday to complete various tasks.
Must be able to lift, pull, push, or carry lightweight files or tools (approximately 1-10 pounds) as needed.
