Position Overview: An esteemed Private Equity firm is seeking an Executive Administrative Coordinator to enhance the efficiency of the Administrative team. This position will deliver high-level administrative support to several deal team members and facilitate deal coordination as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Plan and organize internal and external events.
  • Oversee expense management and project coordination.
  • For select roles, track deals, monitor deal status, and maintain all pertinent deal information in DealCloud to ensure a smooth deal pipeline.
  • Organize and distribute materials for weekly deal meetings.

Qualifications: Candidates should possess 2-4 years of administrative experience, preferably within Private Equity, Investment Banking, Legal, or related financial sectors. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional proactivity, organizational capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks while maintaining a professional demeanor in interactions with internal and external stakeholders.

Work Schedule: Hybrid model with four days in the office and remote work on Fridays, with occasional in-office presence required on Fridays.

Compensation: Competitive salary range of $100,000-120,000 per year, complemented by a bonus structure and comprehensive benefits package.
