Technical Client Success Manager

At Red Level, we're seeking a highly skilled Technical Client Success Manager to join our Client Success team. As a key contributor, you'll drive success and build meaningful relationships with our current and potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Align Red Level offerings with clients' business strategies and goals.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain high-level technical knowledge of core Red Level solutions and future service direction.
- Establish a seamless engagement experience for clients throughout their journey with Red Level.
- Manage client success activities, including onboarding, training, client support, renewals, and cross-sell/up-sell.
- Partner with sales and marketing to uncover and develop account expansion opportunities.
- Collaborate with consulting and engineering teams to champion predictable retention outcomes.
- Be a client success champion, evangelizing client-centricity within Red Level.
- Client success, consulting, or account management experience.
- Understanding of consulting processes, including project lifecycle and roadmap alignment.
- Validated technical background in data center infrastructure, desktop deployments, networking, security, system administration, or related fields.
- Ability to work with clients to position, sell, and communicate the value of digital transformation solutions centered on Microsoft technologies.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Teamwork and cooperation, with the ability to work cooperatively with others and be part of a team.
