About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Technical Support Associate to join our team at Charles Schwab. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients, ensuring their online access and navigation of our website, systems, and accounts are seamless and efficient.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to tier II escalated technical inquiries from internal and external clients
  • Provide client support and protection related to online access attempts via our electronic channels
  • Work collaboratively with our team to resolve technical issues and improve client satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our systems, products, and services
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
Requirements
  • Minimum of one year of prior client service experience
  • Shift flexibility: various schedules of weekdays and early evenings
  • Proven experience utilizing strong troubleshooting techniques, de-escalating, and problem-solving
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including listening skills and effective communication
  • Demonstrated technical aptitude and ability to quickly assimilate technical concepts
  • Knowledge of common browsers, operating systems, and mobile devices
  • Experience working in a team environment and sharing feedback and knowledge with peers
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2+ years of prior client service experience
  • 1 year or more of Financial Services industry experience
  • Excellent technical knowledge of the Internet, Networking, Wi-Fi, and ISP's
