As a Client Success Consultant at Service Management Group (SMG), you will be the primary point of contact for some of the world's largest restaurant, retail, and service brands. Your role will be to ensure the smooth execution of experience management programs and establish SMG as a trusted business partner.
Key Responsibilities:- Cultivate strong relationships with key client contacts and serve as their advocate within our company.
- Monitor client programs and proactively anticipate needs to deliver personalized experiences that exceed expectations.
- Lead project management efforts, including status calls, project deliverables, and internal resource alignment.
- Drive transformation and ROI in client businesses through CX program design and expert consultancy.
- Own the success journey for designated client portfolios and plan initiatives to drive key metrics.
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 2+ years of experience in client-facing roles with a proven track record of delivering success in client success or related fields.
- Experience in the customer experience space and voice of the customer programs within restaurant, retail, and services categories is beneficial.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate client needs into actionable outcomes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Advanced organizational skills to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
