Global Technical Support Manager

Questar is seeking a highly skilled Global Technical Support Manager to join our Technical Support Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing top-notch technical assistance for our software and hardware products.
Key Responsibilities:- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to our software and hardware products.
- Provide expert guidance and support to customers via various channels.
- Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical problems.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and features.
- Build and maintain the center knowledge base and write training materials.
- Properly escalate and analyze unresolved issues to internal teams.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Technical Support Engineer in a global environment.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Experience working in a software and hardware company.
- Fluent English and Spanish.
- Experience in working in the Automotive/Fleet management industry is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of software and hardware troubleshooting techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience and ability to remain calm under pressure.
